Catching Up: Today's Most Interesting Tech Stories (7/23)

This week was dominated by major events like the release of Apple’s new operating system OS X Lion, so it doesn’t come as a surprise that today was a relatively quiet day in the tech news world.

Much of the discussion today focused on how Google should handle brand pages on Google+ and the discovery that Google+ will soon feature games. Besides that, I picked a few articles that flew a bit under the radar today, including a New York Times article about the cult game Dwarf Fortress and a good article by GigaOm’s Mathew Ingram that puts Ars Technica’s experiment with publishing its OS X Lion review as a paid eBook.
